Most of what leaves this workshop was designed for one particular person. About nine out of ten pieces.

Bring us a few pictures of something you like, or a rough idea, and we'll work out how to turn it into something you'll actually wear. A ring, a pendant, earrings, or a remake of something you already own.

How it works

1. Tell us what you have in mind

WhatsApp or email is easiest. Send pictures, a budget, and a date if you have one. If you're near Centurion, come past instead — most custom work starts with a coffee and a look at what you're thinking of.

2. We design it, and you see it before it exists

You get two or three designs to look at, more if you're still deciding, which is normal. Renders rather than sketches, so you can see the piece properly. We keep changing it until you're happy. Nothing is made until you say so.

3. Half up front

The deposit is 50%, and it's what lets us source the stone. The balance is due when the piece is finished.

4. Two to three weeks

From the day you approve the design. Finding the right stone is almost always the slow part, and it's what sets the date. We'll give you a realistic date rather than the one you want to hear, and tell you if it moves.

Why it costs less than you expect

We work from a workshop rather than a shop, so the overheads are low and the saving goes into the piece instead.

You're also dealing directly with the person making it, rather than a salesperson passing a message to a workshop somewhere else.

What you get either way

A lifetime guarantee on the workmanship. If a claw fails or a joint opens, send it back and we'll fix it. No time limit and no charge.

If a ring doesn't fit, we resize it free.
